Robin Gets the Best of Both Worlds in How I Met Your Mother

Submitted on October 29, 2009 No Comment

If you want to be a American or Canadian is the choice Robin has to deal with in Duel Citizenship which is the 5th episode of How I Met Your Mother in the 5th season with her always loyal to her heritage as a Canadian since the start but now she is forced to make a final decision on the matter.

Robin

After she hit one guy at the Hoser Hut which is her favorite Canadian place to be she is not being taken to court and be deported if she does not become a US citizen and it is the first time that they have got the idea of deporting her, she was once before going to be deported if you remember due to the work permit issue but was able to hang on due to Barney and now again, he is trying to save her by pushing her for a citizenship test and it is nice to see how good he had become to her as her boyfriend but yet still mocks Canada with many lines constantly.

Robin seems to have got to know everything there is about being an American yet also knows she would be unable to let go of her background hence she makes the decision for a duel citizenship.
