• As reported by Entertainment Weekly’s Michael Ausiello, Robin’s new co-worker Don will be waiting about for a bit and it seems as he is going to serve as a serious love interest for Robin. Carter Bays said that he don’t want to oversell anything. Yep, it is quite early after her and Barney (break up), but it’s been while since there is been an actual, serious…We have had characters that Ted has dated several times, however we have not brought in someone for Robin. We are watching where it goes. We are taking it cautiously. So, it possibly means that there would be no settlement for Robin and Barney in the near future.

• As reported by TV Guide, Ted would be treating a good girl like filth in a flashback episode. Though, the story plays counterpoint to one about the character of Carrie Underwood’s taking benefit of Ted.

• Co-executive producer Carter Bays informed TV Guide that there’s a Barney story line that kind of leaps out of the Super Bowl. If fans watch Super Bowl itself, there possibly is a small clue. It would make the season more interesting.

• It has been reported by Entertainment Weekly that Neil Patrick Harris would channel his inner Don Draper in the forthcoming episode guest-starring Carrie Underwood. Other than this, David Burtka (Harris’ real-life boyfriend) would repeat his role as Lily’s high school stalker, whereas Robin would come back again, though on a slightly different incarnation.

Ted is set up with one of Barney’s discards as a Valentine’s Day date by Lily and Marshall. A co-worker invites Robin to a party.

This episode will also give fans more clues about Ted’s kids. There is also the possibility that Ted will win Stella’s heart again. Chalke is currently cast as Dr. Elliot Reid on the ABC series Scrubs. Nonetheless, sources say that Chalke’s character Stella will likely return.

Barney is cheered towards a perfect week by the gang for scoring with seven girls in week with no rejections.

Lopez’ character will take on Barney when she learns how he treats women. The executive producer Carter Bays says that we can expect to see Lopez in some sexy revealing outfits as she shows us her hot dance moves. Rumors of future star appearances for Lopez include a spot on Glee on Fox. As for whom we can expect to see guest star on How I Met Your Mother, upcoming episodes will feature Nick Swisher of the New York Yankees and Jim Nantz a CBS sports announcer. They will be playing themselves.

People watching Robin’s talk show play a drinking game and she finds out she is the subject of the game.

When Lily finally learned that Jenkins is a woman, she did not respond as Marshall hoped. Lily thought Marshall was just making up stories to make her jealous. Jenkins kissed Marshall at work because she was so drunk from playing the Robin Scherbatsky drinking game. Everyone watches the Robin show, not because Robin is hot, or because they are interested in the news. They watch because they play a game where they drink every time Robin says, “but . . .ummm.” It seems Robin says this frequently. Marshall finally tells Lily the truth. He also convinces Jenkins to tell his wife about their kiss, which worked.

The gags around the underwear seemed somewhat worn-out at long last and the cardiac problem suffered by the attorney was not well made and not quite amusing though there are bits and pieces which evinced a smile.

All the major characters are on full view and typically they handled the subject routinely as they generally carry out. Here the subject was smoking. The unique voice, Lily had for this episode, was quite delightful. The idea of Robin and that other chap together was kind of scary, though we should keep in mind that this is a kind of sitcom.

The episode is chiefly intended as an off the cuff commentary on the present day society. The screenwriters have done an excellent job and most of the time you are unsure they are for or against smoking. In actual fact, it is so fuzzy! In all probability, this episode was pretty inferior in the current season yet. We trust that improved story lines will be on view on the return of the series.

The really grand thing in the episode was the slapping bit. Barney’s histrionics was perfectly done. It appears that following the parting of ways with Robin, his character has found depth.

The really nasty happening on the episode was the ‘Slap-bet-Game’ advertisement displaced towards the end. This should never have been telecast. The kids are very susceptible and apt to accept things simply and presenting granny at the game and the youngster slapping her… It gives out a very wrong message. Nevertheless, it was an excellent episode.

Underwood’s performance fell a bit flat in her holiday special, but she will get a second chance on How I Met Your Mother. The episode guest starring Underwood has been called her acting debut. She will play a pharmaceutical sales representative named Tiffany who is Ted’s love interest. Other guest stars that Underwood follow include Brittany Spears, Rachel Bilson and Sarah Chalke.
